Winery Tours
Since the time of the bible gapes have been turned in to wine. In ancient times this region was one of the world centers of wine production.
With the destruction of the temple and the fall of Jerusalem the wine industry came to an end.
However in the last 20 years Israel again has become a world center for wine. Today Israeli wines are winning awards all over the world.
On a wine tour we can visit a number of wineries, some small producing only a few hundred bottles a year to large wineries
producing up to 3 million bottles per year.
At each winery we can see how they prepare the wine and taste the various blends
